Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. What is shipped

Your championship kit: a medal engraved with the participant's name (Gold, Silver, Bronze or Participation, according to the result), a T-shirt in the size chosen at registration, and any other items listed on the championship page. Your digital certificate is emailed and available on your entry page; it is not a physical item.

2. When it ships

• Kits are dispatched after results are declared (20 Jan 2027), not at the time of registration, because the medal type and engraving depend on the result.
• Dispatch happens within 10–15 working days after results are declared. During festival seasons or very large championships this may extend by up to one week; we will tell you by email.
• You receive an email with the courier name and tracking number when your kit leaves us. Status is also visible on the entry page.

3. Delivery area and cost

We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India. Delivery is free; the fee shown at registration is all-inclusive. We do not currently ship outside India.

4. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days for metro cities and 5–10 working days for other locations, depending on the courier.

5. Address changes

You may change your delivery address free of charge until your kit is dispatched. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 90000 00000 with your reference number. Changes after dispatch depend on the courier and may not be possible.

6. Failed delivery and returns

• The courier attempts delivery up to three times and may call you. Please keep your phone reachable.
• If the kit returns to us because of an incorrect address or no response, we will contact you. Re-shipping is free the first time; further attempts may carry a courier charge of ₹100.
• Kits unclaimed 60 days after return are not re-shipped and are not refunded.

7. Damaged or wrong items

Please check your kit on arrival. Report damage or an incorrect item within 48 hours with photos to support@yourdomain.com, and we will send a replacement at no cost.
